I've seen a chicken fly. It was being chased by a dog and it flew for about a stretch of fifty feet, and about ten feet high.

Would you really consider that "From the air?"

Domesticated chickens have one wing clipped so they don't fly away. It is true however, that they aren't good fliers. But they can fly. Clipping one wing is enough to unbalance the flight for a chicken. Of course farmers don't want their chickens to fly away.. hence your ignorance that chickens can't fly. They're just like ducks. Haven't you ever seen a duck fly?

Well, after reading that I decided to look into it further - which is something I should have done to begin with. What I have learned is that Jackson isn't entirely wrong, yet not entirely right either. Chickens can fly for a few seconds at a time and usually only a few feet off the ground - much unlike a duck who can actually fly like a normal bird. A chicken is closer to a turkey who also can barely fly. So, my point still stands. If a chicken is put into the "from the air" category, then it would also be eligeable for the "from the sea" because it can probably fly as well as it can swim.
